Michael R. Coddington
Mike's career spans nearly three decades in the financial service industry from personnel / labor relations representative to senior management positions with major companies and executive search.

Mike attended Cornell University on an academic/athletic scholarship and graduated with a B.A. Degree in Economics from Michigan State University.


Catherine (Kaye) Lovallo Coddington
A graduate of Northwestern University School of Business Kaye began her career in media, merchandising, and fashion.

Kaye is Managing Director of the foreign nurse recruiting division of the firm as well as staffing offices of both domestic and international companies. These are administrative positions in functional areas of office administration and human resources.

She has worked in a wide range of industries including: David K. Burnap Advertising, Medical Economics Consultants, Continental Can Corporation, Ford Motor Company, The Harper Group, The Sharper Image, Williams Sonoma, and various wine companies. During the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles Kaye was a senior consultant to organizers of the most successful games in history.

Past affiliations include: National Honor Society, Miss America Pageant, Miss Universe Pageant, and Professional Women's Association. Present affiliations include: Rotary International, Executive Women International, Notary International, and Florida Hospital Association.


Patricia A. Gorzka, ARNP, PH.D.
Patricia A. Gorzka, ARNP, PH.D., is an Associate Professor and Manager of Continuing Nursing Education College of Nursing, University of South Florida. Dr. Gorzka's background includes a B.S.N., Case- Western Reserve University, an M.S., State University of New York at Buffalo, a Ph.D., Adelphi University and a Post-Master's Certificate as a Child Health Nurse Practitioner, State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Dr. Gorzka's current professional service positions include invited member and Secretary, International Honor Society of Nursing Foundation Board and elected member, Florida Nursing Association Board of Directors. Her current community service positions include member of the State Board of Directors and Chairperson of Community Programs Committee of Prevent Blindness Florida and Chairperson of the Health Policy Council of Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA), an organization proving day care to migrant children.


John Hammerlinck
John has held executive management roles in engineering, manufacturing,
information technology, sales, and marketing as well as merger and
acquisition work with Johnson & Johnson, RJR Nabisco and Cox Enterprises.

A former Marine Corps and Vietnam veteran, he has a BSEE from Fairmont State College and an MBA from Lewis University in Illinois.

Currently John works with executives on financial planning and investment strategies to maximize their retirement savings and minimize taxes during transitions. 

He is a Registered Investment Advisor, retirement plan consultant, and Wealth Management Specialist.  He is also a partner in a securities and investment banking firm.


Claire Saady
Claire has more than twenty years of experience primarily devoted to advising and representing foreign and domestic clients against charges of discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She also has extensive experience in counseling corporate clients on compliance with the various state and federal laws concerning employment-related issues including sexual harassment, wage and hours, covenants not-to-compete, employee benefit issues, early retirement programs, and WARN. In addition, she has worked with companies to prepare their employee handbooks, sexual harassment policies, trade secret agreements, and has trained managers and executives concerning compliance issues.


Bryan M. Coddington
Bryan's expertise is in technology, both domestically and internationally, for positions in engineering, product development, sales and marketing and project management. He's spent the last five years in Silicon Valley as a technology consultant, working with dotcom start ups as well as the Fortune1000.

Bryan graduated from California Polytechnic Institute in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree.


Donna Moran, RN BA

Donna has been in the health care arena for 15 years concentrating in both clinical bedside nursing and health care recruitment.

She earned her bachelors degree from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas and is currently working towards her Master’s degree at the University of South Florida. She attended St. Petersburg College where she earned her nursing degree.

Most recently, Donna was the Director of Health Care recruitment for IASIS Health Care where she focused on recruitment efforts in both their Florida and Texas markets. She assisted the corporate CNO with recruitment projects at the corporate level.

Donna is a member of the National Health Care Recruiters Association.
She has served on the advisory board for the local LPN nursing school and has been a nursing preceptor for nursing students.

Donna is a member of the National Honor Society.


Don E. Thompson

Don's career spans the news media, military service, corporate strategic planning and public affairs. He helps companies introduce and reposition products and services and extend the reach of their communications. His positioning concepts are used by some of the nation's leading companies.

Don holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Journalism from the University of Florida and an MBA Degree from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University. He has authored client articles for influential publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Accounting Today, ABA Journal, Fortune, Business Week, Bloomberg Personal and Gastronome.

Charlotte Alston Legg

Charlotte is an experienced sales and marketing manager who has worked in both a consulting capacity and frontline with major Fortune 100 Companies. She has been a certified instructor in Kepner Tregoe's Problem Solving and Decision Making, Analytical Trouble Shooting, Project Management, and Performance Management processes.

Charlotte graduated with a degree in languages from Davidson College with a concentration in French.

Richard P. Popson

Richard is a seasoned marketing communications professional who has developed programs for regional, national, and international clients for over 20 years. Industry experience has been in automotive, food, wine and spirits, and executive search.

Richard graduated with a degree in journalism from Youngstown University, has been an instructor for The Association of National Advertisers, and been a guest speaker at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ramesh C. Manghirmalani

Ramesh is an expert in logistics and supply chain management, and has extensive international and domestic experience in all facets of operational management. As a corporate strategist and management consultant he has done considerable work in sales, distribution, market research, cost projections, corporate strategic and financial planning, risk management, and marketing of products in U.S. and International markets.

Ramesh has a B.A. in History, Trinity College, Oxford University, an M.S. in Management Studies, London School of Economics and Politician Science and lectured at seminars at Harvard, Yale, MIT, and UCLA.

Janice K. Baskin
Jan Baskin earned her BA from The Ohio State University, where her focus was on Sino-Soviet Foreign Trade and Russian and Chinese Languages. She is a popular speaker on organizational development, organizational communication and business revitalization and holds leadership roles in a myriad of community projects. She has taught organizational communication at the University of South Florida and Public Relations/ Marketing at Saint Leo's University.

Most recently, Baskin was President of The St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, transforming a failed organization into a viable business that is now respected and supported by the general and hospital community. Baskin was also with Arthur Andersen & Co., becoming the first marketing director of any of the former Big-Eight accounting firms in Florida.
